In Gentle Yoga for Pain we begin by learning to protect the body so that we don’t overdo it and cause ourselves more suffering (ahimsa). As we learn and trust ourselves to work safely, we enter a new phase in our practice where we find energy and learn to focus that energy where it’s needed most.

In doing this on the mat, we learn to be energised by the things we love.
