16 Mar Yoga for Pain with Finding Yoga
The Yoga for Pain program helps people with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and persistent pain return to gentle exercise safely and feel confident about using their bodies. It also invites them to find their purpose.
With a special focus on body awareness and effortless movement, Yoga for Pain is helping people to reconnect with their bodies and change their relationship with pain.
The full program comprises 12 weeks of classes, home practice and group checkins. Private consults are available.
Yoga for Pain is the basis for the Yoga for Pain Practitioner Training run by Yoga for Pain Care Australia.
