Yoga for Pain lets you do a heap of what you’d learn in a pain clinic, as part of an enjoyable, normal human experience. Normally $105, the workshop is offered to people with persistent pain at a subsidised rate as it forms part of Yoga for Pain Practitioner Training we are running over the weekend to help bring more pain-sensitive yoga teachers to your city.
