Our website address is: http://yogaforpaincare.com. Yoga for Pain Care Australia is a social enterprise formed by Finding Yoga Pty Ltd in Perth, Australia. You can get in touch about any concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org or by any of the details in our contact page.
We collect personal data from you when you purchase a place in training or a workshop, sign up to a blog, or the newsletter. This usually includes personal data, such as name, email address, the state you live in and personal account preferences; and transactional data, such as purchase information; and may include technical data, such as information about cookies. We collect information from you in order to send you relevant information.
If you attend a workshop we ask you to fill out a (usually printed) form, which will include information about your health. We use this to make sure we meet your needs and maintain those records (usually in hard copy) so we can continue to do so in future.
We will never sell that information on or intentionally use it for anything other than this purpose. You can always update your preferences to change the amount of correspondence you receive from us, or get in touch by phone or email to discuss with us.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

If you are looking for a yoga teacher or health practitioner who can help you with yoga and pain, remember that Yoga for Pain Training is not an accreditation and the Yoga for Pain Practitioner Register does not guarantee any result.
